I went to the neighborhood parade this weekend with my friend Zach--who also was a cowboy. And today Mommy and I carved my pumpkin from Papa's garden into a Jack-o-lantern. Happy Halloween everyone. (PS: Auntie Krissy: "I want candy!")
I went apple picking with Mama and Daddy at Saratoga Apple Farm. Of course, it was 80 degrees out and Mama kept saying "What the heck, this isn't apple picking weather." But we had a good time. Someone left an old wooden ladder in a tree so Mama took it so we could get the reddest apples out of the trees. My parents said "this is what apple picking used to be like when we were younger." My parents ignored the signs that said "no climbing trees, no using ladders." Such rebels!
What a great day...Mama got me a Halloween balloon and a horn. I really like my horn. In fact, I had to sit down to play my song for Mama. If you listen closely on the video, you can hear all the dogs in the neighborhood singing along!
During gym daycare the other day I donned a smock (one of Daddy's old shirts), rolled up my sleeves, and painted a little pumpkin with my friend Liam. It was my first time messing with real paint and a "broom." (Mama keeps reminding me that it's a brush, but I think it looks like a little broom, so that's what I call it.)
